UPDATE (3/26/09): The 11th Doctor has been announced, an unknown 26-year old.  (I know this is old news, but remember that I was living in dumpsters and alleyways all of January.)  I am nervous about the choice but will withhold judgment.  He gets the Billie Piper Seal-of-Approval, that’s something.
