Given the US veto of the UN resolution condemning Israel’s destruction in Gaza, it is now more certain than ever that I and many others will die in some gruesome terrorist spectacle.  I hope I meet my end with some dignity – that’s about the only thing I have any control over these days.

As noted by James Wolcott and others, the microphallic neocons and friends can hardly contain their wee boners over Israel’s heavy hand in Gaza and Lebanon.  “World War III!!” (or IV, or V), they cry.
